"At Kodetix LLC, we want you to be satisfied. For software services, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis before final delivery. For digital goods (gift cards/codes), all sales are final once the code has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue, please contact admin@kodetix.com within 14 days for assistance."
